Kathy Plumley - Estate Planning Practitioner
Kathy has been involved in taking instructions for Wills since 2003 and has received specialist training in a variety of areas. This ensures she keeps up to date with the frequently changing laws that affect the way wills are written. In particular, Kathy is fully versed with the relevant legislation surrounding Civil Partnerships which became law in December 2005, and has gained a number of high profile clients as a result of this. Kathy is also experienced in training others on the Lasting Powers of Attorney legislation which came into effect in October 2007.
